Flamant is a luxury ice cream parlour brought by the team behind Café Juliette. Flamant ice cream launches in Café Juliette in London’s Harrods store in summer 2022. Flamant is inspired by our childhood joyful long summers, in provence and the French riviera. Renowned for our pink waffle cone and signature serve, our ice cream is made using traditional French recipes. Stylish, iconic, feminine and a perfect break from the norm of ice cream brands.

Flamant is French for flamingo. The beautiful pink Flamingos are natives of the carmague region of Provence. They are one of the most recognizable symbols of provence and an icon of our brand. The French Riviera and its beaches are renowned for beach salesman selling glaces (ice cream), beignets (doughnuts) and of course the most refreshing of drinks. Flamant is our homage to this culture and our elevated and most luxurious take on the classic tradition.
